Remote owners regularly need someone on the ground for the things contractors can't do: meeting a delivery, doing a quick safety check after a storm, walking the property when a tenant raises a concern, taking photos of something the contractor said is fine but the owner wants to verify. Perch's concierge network is where they find that person.
Concierges build a profile, define their service area, list what they'll do and won't do, set their pricing. Owners discover concierges through Perch when they raise a request that needs hands on-site; the concierge accepts, does the work, photo-logs it into the property's record, and gets paid through Perch.
Currently a signal-only network — owners express interest, we surface matches, the two parties take it from there directly. A paid network (booking, escrow, dispute resolution) is on the roadmap but not yet live.
